Our Mission:

The Prosecution is the legal party responsible for presenting the case against an individual or individuals suspected of breaking the law of the Fort Mojave Indian Law an Order Code in a Criminal or Civil trial. The Office of the Prosecutor maintains law and order on the Fort Mojave Indian Reservation according to the Fort Mojave Law and Order Code:

Our standard operating procedures are governed by the Fort Mojave Law and Order Code. We abide by and are directed by the resolutions passed by the Tribal Council, the articles, the General Provisions, the procedure of the court, children and domestic relations.

In our operating procedures, we the office of the prosecutor, represent tribal entities and court matters such as the Department of Social Services, the Domestic Violence Program, the Tribal Police Department, and the Fort Mojave Probation Department.

To be held accountable and be responsible, thus holding the departments our office represents to the same standards.

To work even harder so we can get in front of the problem that face our tribal people so they could avoid prosecution and get the help they need.

Performance includes maintaining the Fort Mojave Law and Order Code and representing the Tribe in all violations which include Civil, Criminal, Traffic and etc. Last of all we make sure we perform well regarding due process and making sure it is implemented in all cases.
