Our graduates will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and character to succeed in higher education, the workforce, and life.

Objectives:

    • Enhance the quality of teaching and learning by implementing evidence-based instructional practices, providing professional development opportunities for teachers, and utilizing data-driven decision-making to improve student performance.

    • Integrate Native American culture and values into the curriculum and school community to promote a sense of belonging and pride among students. Encourage parental involvement and collaboration with tribal leaders to ensure that the school reflects the values and aspirations of the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe.

    • Develop and implement programs that provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in high-demand careers, particularly in business, finance, and technology. Collaborate with local businesses and industries to create internship and apprenticeship opportunities for students.

    • Provide students with comprehensive college and career counseling services to help them navigate their postsecondary options and make informed decisions about their future. Offer college preparatory courses and dual enrollment opportunities to prepare students for the rigors of higher education.

    • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, tribal agencies, and local businesses to provide students with access to a range of support services, extracurricular activities, and real-world learning experiences. Engage community members in the school's decision-making processes to ensure that the school is meeting the needs of the community.
